Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the michigainauto.com website and the Wheelie service operated by Michigain Automotive Solutions ("Michigain"). By using the site or service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Wheelie is an AI service-drive assistant offered to dealerships under a separate written master services agreement (MSA). Pilots and demos may be governed by a short-form order or evaluation agreement. In all cases, the signed agreement controls over these public Terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service.
• Don't upload data you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use Wheelie to violate applicable law or any third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Michigain owns the Wheelie software, models, and dashboards. Dealer data and outputs derived from your dealership remain yours; you grant Michigain a limited license to use that data to operate and improve the service for your store.

No warranty

The website and any preview of the service are provided "as is." Michigain disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. ROI examples shown on the site are illustrative and based on a conservative model — your results will vary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michigain's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the website is limited to $100. For paid customers, liability is governed by the signed MSA.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
